Tempeh Sloppy Joes

These Tempeh Sloppy Joes are great for giving you that messy deliciousness you tend to miss out on when you eat a vegetarian menu!
Tempeh is a great meat substitute, and can be grated and crumbled to resemble ground meat, and can truly trick your taste buds!

Ingredients:

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cups tempeh (grated)
1 small green pepper (diced)
1 small red onion (diced)
1 cup BBQ sauce of choice
salt and pepper to taste
buns (for serving)
coleslaw for topping
