Rice Pudding (Dairy Free/Vegan)

Rice Pudding Recipe

Rice Pudding is a simple recipe that can be cooked up for breakfast, snack, or a yummy dessert!
Top it how you like, and change it up regularly! I love to have this as a treat for breakfast topped with chopped apples and almonds!

Ingredients:

2 cups brown rice (cooked)
2 cups vanilla rice milk
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp almond butter
1/2 cup almonds (chopped, for serving)
