Homemade Vegan Biscuits


I have truly never eaten a Homemade Vegan Biscuit that tasted as good as the regular version...until now!
Not only are these completely vegan, but they are better than regular biscuits (in my opinion!), and best of all, homemade, so you can eat them fresh out of the oven (like, ALL of them)!
Ingredients:
2 cups unbleached all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp sea salt
4 tbsp non-dairy butter, unsalted (try this Dairy Free Butter Recipe or Earth Balance)
1 cup unsweetened, plain almond milk + 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
