This Vegan Nacho "Cheese" comes from truly unexpected ingredients, but you'd never know it when you taste it!
Most vegan "cheese" substitutes come from Cashew Cream, so this is a nice alternative for those who are also nut sensitive!
Ingredients:
2 medium potatoes (peeled, boiled, and mashed)
2 large carrots (peeled, chopped, and boiled)
1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup water
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp salt
