30 Minute Vegan Pizza

This 30 Minute Vegan Pizza crust recipe is quick, easy, and super yummy!
The ingredients listed will usually make our family one thick crust pizza, or 2 thin crust.
They can also be frozen after the first baking (before ingredients are added) for future use!


3 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp baking powder

30 Minute Vegan Pizza Recipe

1. Add yeast and sugar to warm water, stir, and let sit while you prepare the other ingredients.

2. Mix salt, 2 cups flour, and baking powder in a separate bowl.

3. Add olive oil to the water/yeast mixture and stir, then add to the flour bowl.

4. Mix together, and gradually add the remaining cup of flour, using your hands to knead it when possible.

5. Remove to a floured surface and knead 30-40 times, until it is a nice smooth dough.

6. Roll out onto a greased baking pan (or split in half for 2 thin crust pizzas).

7. Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and add your toppings, then bake for another 8 minutes.
