Crispy Quinoa Patties Recipe

This Crispy Quinoa Patties are the very definition of flexible food! Vegetarian and gluten-free, they can be enjoyed by pretty much everyone!
Serve over salad, in a pita, or simply on their own. You can also change out the veggies to suit your preference (the recipe below uses carrot and zucchini), and adjust the spices to your taste!


Ingredients:
2 2/3 cups cooked Quinoa
4 eggs (beaten)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
1/2 small onion (Finely chopped)
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1/2 cup finely chopped carrot and zucchini (1/4 cup each)
1-2 tbsp oil
