This Gluten Free Mug Cake is the perfect chocolate fix for any sweet tooth! It's quick and simple to make, and topped with non-dairy ice cream it's completely dairy free!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
2-3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp canola oil
2-4 tbsp almond milk, coffee or water (coffee gives it a nice kick)
Gluten Free Mug Cake Recipe
1. Add flour, sugar, salt, and cocoa powder to a large mug.
2. Stir in almond milk, coffee, or water (whatever you prefer), and oil.
3. Add additional coffee, water, or almond milk if necessary until it is a smooth but thick consistency.
4. Microwave for 1 1/2-2 minutes (depending on microwave).
5. Allow to cool at least 5 minutes before topping with non-dairy ice cream and diving in!
