These Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies are truly the "next best thing" when it comes to adjusting this classic for the gluten free stomach!
I usually don't have great luck trading in almond flour/meal when it comes to my husband, but he absolutely adored these!
Ingredients:
¾ cup dairy free butter
¾ cup brown sugar
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 large eggs (room temp)
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp kosher salt
3 cups almond flour or almond meal
6 oz chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
*NOTE*
Be very careful to accurately measure your liquid ingredients! Almond flour/meal already makes for a wet mixture, so too much liquid added and they wont hold together.
