I will start by saying that this Dairy Free Butter Recipe has easily replaced regular butter/margarine in our household since the first time I made it!
It has an amazing taste too it from the coconut oil, and has seamlessly replaced regular butter in every possible situation (on toast, in baking, etc.)!
Ingredients:
1 cup Coconut Oil (liquified)
1/2 cup non-dairy milk (I used Soy milk, but Almond will work as well)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp cider vinegar
2 tsp soy lecithin granules (I found this at Bulk Barn)
1 – 1 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
I use my Nutribullet to blend up this recipe!
